How do I book an appointment?
Either ring or email me and we can discuss an initial appointment. A first session gives you the opportunity to meet with me, and to explain what you might be looking for. You can also ask any questions you may have. In our first meeting I shall also be asking you some questions about yourself, which will help me to consider what might be most helpful to you in our work together.
If, after our initial meeting, there is a decision for any reason not to proceed, there won't be a charge for the first session.
If I decide to continue, how many sessions will I need?
This is up to you and will depend on what your needs are. Some people discover they have moved forward after several sessions, others may value a longer term supportive relationship.
How often are the sessions, and how much are they?
Each session is normally weekly at the same time. A counselling session is £60 and lasts for one hour.
Where do we meet for our counselling sessions?
My address is Oldbury Grove, Beaconsfield, HP9 2AJ. Oldbury Grove is a quiet cul de sac and parking is always available in the drive in front of the house.
Do you offer online sessions as an option?
At present I am working with all clients online. Outside of COVID19 restrictions, I usually work face-to-face with clients, but in certain circumstances it may be possible for us to work remotely. You are welcome to ask.
Can I cancel or reschedule and appointment?
This is always possible, provided 48 hours' notice is given.
